Musket & Artillery: American Revolutionary War Lite App Reviews

I like the series, but I was hoping that its graphics would be based off of European war 2, even though it is musket and artillery. Also the dice is fiXed and not random,

I love this games because it is one of the only American revolution games out there. I think the British cheat though!

This game is cool if only the dice werent rigged. Statistically speaking this is no way the enemy keep posting numbers while you post low numbers over and over again. I can never defend any territories because of that. I am done with this game until that is fixed because it is pointless.

This game is complicated even at the easiest mode. But it was a little fun for the first five minutes I was playing it. All in all, I will give this two stars.

This game is a great strategy sim and its not easy to beat, which is a good thing! ( YOU CAN WIN AS THE AMERICANS BUT YOU NEED TO USE STRATEGY YO!!!)

Setup like risk only impossible to use risk strategy. 5 guys wiped out my army of 31 as they had bonus points or each roll. Stupid.

The dice rolls arent random. The computer gets better rolls 65% of the time. Makes the game very frustrating.

The game could be fun if the creators werent lame and give the computer +2 on every dice they role making almost so impossible to win (even on the easiest setting) that its more frustrating then enjoyable to play. Wack on creators part.

What I think.about the game is that it is fun but I never got somebody terroir but the got mine 2time I wanted to get someones terroire but it is fun but Ido not like how they give you so much of money for the troops

The concept is amazing but the execution is horrible. I like challenging games, but this is just ridiculous. The computer get infinite bonuses and hardly ever rolls below a 4 while you are lucky if you roll a 4. I tried to stick it out but after losing 25 guys to an army of 5 over and over again I cant take it anymore. Uninstall!

It has potential. My complaint isnt about +2 rolls or anything. It clearly states which armies default to +2. It tells you they have heavy artillery support giving them an advantage. It evens out though when the powerful guys start out with less territories, less men, and very expensive recruits. The only thing I dont like is that your allies will take your territories. I was playing as Hesse, and Britain and I were beating up on superior numbers in the south. As difficult as it is to recruit as Hesse, I left my capitol unguarded (there was no threat) and Britain knocked me out of the war. What sense does that make? None. There are a couple dumb things like that. Just tweek a few stupidities and it will be great. I dont agree with any comments about unfairness of the rolls. Sometimes I have great runs, and sometimes I dont, and sometimes its just roll per roll back and forth. Ive rolled dice before, thats just the way it is.

I enemys in the game always have a better chance of winning when u are the Americans and the enemys are ruthless.

Id give zero stars if I could. I moved my "hero" forward and he got stuck in front of my enemy doing nothing. Awful game.

This not a bad game but playing as America is nearly impossible. You could outnumber your foe 4 to 1 as America and the foe will destroy you in a matter of turns. I suppose that that is realistic, but it makes for terrible gameplay. All in all not worth .99.

Ok the game is great to win with America u have to use numbers I suggest take out all of the Indians around u then keep at least 10. Troops in section wen the Brits attack they will be weaken buy more dudes take it back and each space u take keep 10 or 15 guys at least

I dont know why so many complain about the Americans being weak...During the revolutionary war the Americans were weak because they were a bunch of farmers...Anyways back to The game, each team has there strengths and weaknesses...overall this game is pretty good.

I was the Americans and Hesse troops were surrounding my HQ I had only 3 troops left in my HQ all of my troops were by Hesses HQ, I had 63 troops attacking Hesses 12 troops in the HQ they kept winning every dice and all my troops were killed and they had 3 left in the HQ

This app is great. The americans are not that weak you just have to be smart in the way you use them. I gave this a 4 because oddly enough your own allies can and will take your territory if you have no troops stationed there.
